Returns + Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6. After receiving your order, we will begin to process it. Processing usually takes 3 to 4 days. Orders will be shipped by the USPS and usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are placed. 

If for some reason your package is lost in shipping, please contact the United States Postal System. We are NOT responsible for lost packages. 

Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Live Defined Co. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Contact customerservice@livedefinedco.com to receive your RMA number. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at customerservice@livedefinedco.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
